Our Team

Mark DesJardine is the Paul E. Raether T’73 Faculty Fellow at Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business and an expert in corporate governance and shareholder activism. His research uses large-scale datasets and econometric tools to build applied models that inform critical aspects of shareholder engagements, including corporate vulnerability to activism and proxy vote outcomes.

Mark’s work has been widely published and recognized in leading academic journals. He serves as an Associate Editor at Management Science and a Senior Editor at Organization Science. He is also treasurer and a board director of the Alliance for Research on Corporate Sustainability.

Before becoming a professor, Mark worked in investor relations. He holds a PhD in Strategy and is a CFA Charterholder and Senior Fellow at The Wharton School.

Thomas Hue is a data scientist with deep expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Prior to joining InvestorSight, he contributed to advanced analytics and AI initiatives across diverse industries and leading companies, including Amazon.

Thomas holds a Master of Engineering Management from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College and a Master of Science from École Centrale de Nantes in France. Outside of work, he’s an avid triathlete who has competed nationally in France and recently won the Boston Triathlon.

Wei Shi is a professor at the Miami Herbert Business School at the University of Miami and an internationally recognized scholar in corporate governance and strategy. He has taught courses on corporate governance, strategic management, and corporate strategy, and coauthored the book Understanding and Managing Strategic Governance.

Wei’s research has been featured widely in leading business media, and his academic work has shaped contemporary understanding of governance and firm strategy. He previously served on the board of the International Corporate Governance Society.
